Step cooking
- Take 2 pork legs, rinse under running water and clean them by scraping with a knife. Rinse the beef and cut into several parts.

- Fold the pork legs, chopped beef and pork knuckle in the multicooker bowl. Peel 2 medium carrots. Remove the top husk from the onion, leaving the bottom, to give the jelly a golden hue.

- Put prepared vegetables for meat, 1 tbsp. l salt, 2 bay leaves, 5 peas of black pepper and 5 peas of allspice. Pour water into the multicooker bowl to the maximum permissible mark and close the lid.

- Turn on the multicooker, select the “stew” or “jellied” mode, set the cooking time to 6-8 hours.

- After 6-8 hours, remove the meat and bones from the broth, lay the carrots separately, cool everything a bit.

- Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces across the fibers. Cut the cooled carrots into circles. Take about 30 g of parsley and tear the leaves from the twigs.

- Take a few small ones or one large container. Put sliced carrot slices and parsley leaves at the bottom of the container. Next, lay the chopped meat. Peel 3 cloves of garlic and pass it through a press.

- Strain the broth through a sieve or gauze, add garlic to it. Gently fill the meat with broth and place it for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator for freezing.

- When the jelly is frozen, pry it with a knife, cover with a serving plate and turn it over. Jelly is ready, bon appetit.

Cooking recommendations
- Soak the meat for several hours in cold water, so the broth will turn out more transparent.
- If you do not like the golden shade of aspic, peel the onion completely.
- Beef can be replaced with domestic chicken or duck.
- In order for the garlic smell to be present, but not to be pronounced, put it in a slow cooker 1 hour before the end of cooking.
- In order not to deform the aspic during feeding, hold the container for several seconds in warm water. After that, he easily moves away from the walls.
- Together with boiled carrots, you can use green peas, corn or boiled eggs.
