Ingredients

| Hard cheese | 100g | 
| Water | 150 ml |

| Ground black pepper | taste | 
| Vegetable oil | 3-4 tbsp. l | 
Step cooking
- Peel the carrots (2 pieces) and grate it with a small hole.

 - Peel the garlic (5 cloves) and also grate it or pass through a press and put in a separate plate.

 - Peel the onion (2 pieces) and cut it into medium-sized cubes.

 - Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons) and fry the onions until transparent, stirring constantly.

 - When the onion becomes transparent, put the grated carrots to it and fry, stirring constantly, for another 2 minutes.

 - Add chopped garlic to the pan, stir and fry for another minute. Remove the frying from the heat.

 - Cut the peeled and gutted carcass of pink salmon on a filet. To do this, cut all the fins, carefully cut the fish along the ridge, carefully remove the bones of the ridge and ribs, cut the peritoneum.

 - Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) with a silicone brush. Cut the prepared fillet of pink salmon into portioned slices 2-2.5 cm wide and put them in the prepared form.

 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 - Spread the prepared roast evenly from above.

 - In a separate bowl, combine water (150 ml) with sour cream (3 tablespoons) and mix well until smooth.

 - Pour pink salmon into the mold with the resulting mixture. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

 - While the fish is in the oven, grate hard cheese (100 grams) on a fine grater. After 25-30 minutes, remove the form and sprinkle with grated cheese the fish on top.

 - Bake the dish for another 2-3 minutes to completely melt the cheese.

 
Decoration methods and serving options
Serve pink salmon, baked in sour cream under a cheese and vegetable coat, hot with any side dish to your taste. Potato in the form of mashed potatoes or potatoes baked in large pieces in a rustic style are well suited to such a dish. Also, do not forget to serve a salad of fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs) seasoned with vegetable oil.
