Ingredients

| Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l | 
Step cooking
- Rinse the cabbage well in water, separate the leaves of cabbage.

 - Cut off the hard bases of each sheet. If you got too hard a head out, don't be upset. In this case, you must first lower the cabbage into boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes, let it cool, and you can safely proceed to cutting the head of cabbage.

 - Put a large pot of water (3 l) on the fire, salt it and boil the leaves for 5-6 minutes. Do not immediately pull them out of the water, it is better to do this immediately before the formation of cabbage rolls.

 - Rice (3 tbsp. L.) Put in a small pan, pour water in a ratio of 1: 2 and boil. You can do this with a slow cooker, microwave or double boiler, as anyone likes.

 - Rinse beef (400 g) and onions (1 head) in water, cut into small pieces, pass through a meat grinder and add to rice.

 - Add salt (1 tsp), ground pepper (0.5 tsp) and broth in which the leaves were cooked (1 tbsp.) To the products, and mix the filling well until smooth.

 - Put about 1 tbsp on the edge of the sheet. l fillings, wrap the sides and roll up the cabbage leaf so that you get a roll. Thus, make cabbage rolls using all prepared leaves.

 - Now you need to bake them. To do this, you need a baking sheet that needs to be greased with vegetable oil (1 tbsp. L will be enough). Put all the cabbage rolls on a baking sheet, put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

 - Cut the peeled onions (2 heads) into half rings.

 - Grated peeled carrots (1 pc.) On a coarse grater.

 - Add vegetable oil (1 tbsp.) To a preheated pan, put onion, add salt (0.5 tsp.), Pepper (⅔ tsp.), Mix and fry until slightly golden.

 - Then put the carrots, mix, fry until cooked and transfer to a convenient bowl.

 - In another bowl, mix sour cream (300 g), water (½ cup.), Salt (0.5 tsp) and the remaining pepper.

 - Put all the cabbage rolls in a pan, distribute the vegetables evenly on top and pour over the cooked sour cream sauce.

 - Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

 - Put the finished cabbage rolls on a plate and you can safely serve them on the table.
