Step cooking
- To get started, prepare a tomato sauce. To do this, prepare the vegetables. We cut one onion in half rings. We heat the pan with a thick bottom over medium heat, pour 50 ml of odorless vegetable oil. Add chopped onion to the oil, stirring slowly, fry for several minutes.

 - Two medium-sized carrots rub on a coarse grater. Then add the grated carrots to the onion and fry for several minutes.

 - Cut 3 cloves of garlic into thin plates. Slices of garlic to vegetables, mix and fry all together for another 2 - 3 minutes.

 - We combine 500 ml of tomato juice and 200 ml of cold water, stir and pour into the pan to the vegetables.

 - At this stage, salt, pepper to taste. Pour 1 tsp. hops-suneli and add 3 pcs. bay leaf. You can add any other spices and seasonings to your taste.

 - We cover the pan with a lid and simmer the sauce over low heat so that it boils a little, and the vegetables are well prepared.

 - In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. Stuffing can be used absolutely any. In a deep bowl, combine 500 g of minced meat, 2 chopped onions finely chopped or chopped in a blender.

 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1 tsp. sweet paprika. Mix the minced meat well.

 - When the mince is ready, and the sauce is boiled a little, we proceed to the preparation of pasta nests. We take a dry pasta nest and put the minced meat inside with a spoon, how much it fits. Top you need to make a small indentation.

 - Thus, we fill all the nests. From this amount of ingredients, 8-9 pieces are obtained.

 - We put all the nests from pasta into the pan into the sauce, slightly sinking. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 35 - 40 minutes, until the meat and pasta are ready.

 - When everything is ready, we drive one quail egg into each recess from above, let them grasp. To do this, cover the pan for 1 to 2 minutes. You can use chicken eggs, only the grooves in the minced meat should be made larger.

 - We serve the finished dish in portions, sprinkled with any herbs of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
