Ingredients
| Product | amount |
| Oreo cookies | 35 pcs. |
| butter | 100 g |
| milk | 150 ml |
| Philadelphia cheese | 800 g |
| sugar | 100 g |
| gelatin in plates | 20 g |
| lemon | ½ pcs |
| cream 33% | 400 ml |
| powdered sugar | 50 g |
Step cooking
- First, separate the cookies from the cream. Put the cookies in a blender bowl, and clean the cream in a separate deep bowl with a knife. Then grind the cookies in a blender until crushed.

 - Pour the crushed cookies into a separate bowl, select a little in the bowl, about 2 tablespoons.

 - Soften 100 g of butter and add to the bowl with crumbs. Mix the oil with the crumbs well with your hands until smooth.

 - Place parchment paper on the bottom of the mold. Transfer the resulting mass from cookies to a mold, evenly distribute it along the bottom and tamp. To take good weight and make the surface more even, you can use a crush.

 - Send the form to the refrigerator. Thus, you will prepare the bottom layer of cheesecake.

 - Soak the gelatin in cold water so that it swells. You can take gelatin in plates or powder. In the meantime, prepare the cream. Pour 100 g of sugar into a bowl of cookie cream, squeeze the juice from half of the lemon and add 800 g of Philadelphia cheese.

 - Mix everything well with a blender until smooth. If desired, you can use another creamy or curd cheese.

 - Then pour about 150 ml of milk into the stewpan and heat well on the stove, but do not bring to a boil. During this time, gelatin is swollen, squeeze it and add to hot milk, stir well with a whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

 - After that, pour milk into a bowl with cream gradually and mix the mass with a spatula or a tablespoon. Then mix everything well with a whisk until smooth without lumps.

 - Beat with a mixer 400 ml of chilled cream with 50 g of icing sugar in a separate deep bowl.

 - Then gradually add the mass with gelatin to the cream and mix with a spoon.

 - Then mix the mass with a mixer at the slowest speed. You will get a homogeneous magnificent mass.

 - Remove the form with the base for the cheesecake from the refrigerator and put the curd-cream mass on the already solidified cake. In order to let all the air out of the mold, you can gently tap it on the table.

 - Then, using a spatula, level the mass in shape to make the cake smooth. Cover the prepared cheesecake with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to freeze.

 - After this time, the cake can be decorated. Here you will need the baby that you selected at the beginning. For decoration, you can cut out any letters with a stencil for inscriptions on the cake, including the word "Oreo". Put them on the cake as you need, and with a sieve, sift the crumbs over the entire surface of the cake.

 - Then, using tweezers, very carefully remove the stencil so that the inscription remains.

 - Your tender cheesecake is ready. To make a nice cut when serving, cut the cheesecake with a hot, dry knife.
