Ingredients

| Ripe medium tomatoes | 4 things. |
| Onion | 4 things. |
| Garlic | 6-8 teeth |
| Bulgarian pepper, large | 1 PC. |
| Chili peppers | 2-3 cm |
| Vegetable oil | 20 ml |
| Butter | 1 tbsp. l |
| Sunflower hops seasoning | 2 tsp |
| Black pepper peas | 7-8 pcs. |
| Common salt | taste |
| Granulated sugar | 1 tsp |
| Basil greens | small bunch |
| Green cilantro | small bunch |
Step cooking
Cooking meat
- Wash the chicken thighs (1 kg), dry. Divide each thigh into two approximately equal parts. Remove excess fat.

- Pour vegetable oil (20 ml) into a preheated pan. Add olive oil (20 ml).

- Put the meat in a pan. No lid needed.

- On medium heat, fry the chicken pieces for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Cooking vegetables
- Peel the onion (4 pcs.). Cut the onion into small cubes (larger than for frying) or not very thin half rings (of your choice).

- Wash tomatoes (4 pcs.), Bulgarian pepper (1 pc.) And chili (a piece of pod 2-3 cm), green cilantro (small bunch), basil greens (small bunch). Peel the tomatoes. In order to make it easier to clean them, pour them with boiling water for 1-2 minutes and pour over with cold water.

- Cut the tomatoes (3 pcs.) Into cubes measuring approximately 1.5 cm by 1.5 cm. Rub one tomato on a coarse grater or chop it using a mashed blender. Mix chopped tomatoes with mashed potatoes.

- Bell pepper (1 pc.) Cut in half. Remove the stalk, grains and septa. Cut the pepper into strips of approximately 2 cm by 4 cm.

- Chili pepper (2-3 cm pod) cut into rings.

- Peel the garlic (6-8 cloves), chop finely.

- Mash the black pepper with peas in a mortar (7-8 pcs.). Chop the basil and cilantro not very finely.

Assembly chakhokhbili
- Heat another pan with a piece of butter.

- Put onion on it, fry until golden brown.

- Add the grated tomato to the onion. Shuffle.

- Move the onions to the chicken.

- Add the tomatoes.

- Add the bell pepper immediately.

- Stir, salt, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

- Add chopped garlic.

- Sprinkle the seasoning with Suneli hops (2 tsp). Shuffle.

- Add granulated sugar (1 tsp) to remove excess acid. Shuffle.

- Add the remaining garlic and half chopped basil and cilantro.

- Shuffle. Try the dish on the salt. If necessary, add more salt.

- Add hot pepper.

- Cover, simmer another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat. Ready chakhokhbili let brew for 10 minutes. Serve.
