Step cooking
- In a clean container, add 80 g of mayonnaise.

 - Take about 1/4 of the lime and squeeze its juice into mayonnaise. Mix. We rub half a clove of garlic on a fine grater and also send to the bowl with mayonnaise.

 - We take 10 g of anchovy fillet, chop and also send to the bowl with mayonnaise. To make the sauce homogeneous and not to come across slices of anchovies, you can grind it additionally with a blender, but this is not necessary.

 - Also, add 5 g of Worcester sauce, 1/2 tbsp. To the resulting mixture. liter of grated Parmesan cheese and mix it again (if the mixture turned out to be too thick, you can add 1 - 2 tablespoons of water to it and mix well again).

 - We leave the resulting sauce aside and let it brew a little. We take 150 - 200 g of thawed shrimp (you can take even more at your discretion), wash them thoroughly, clean them (from the shell and intestines) and cut into 2 parts if the shrimps are large enough.

 - We put the pan on fire and pour about 3 tbsp into it. l vegetable oil.

 - Crush 1 clove of garlic with the flat side of a knife and put in a well-heated oil (fry it for literally 1 minute and take it out). Using paper towels, wipe the shrimp thoroughly from moisture (if necessary) and send it to the pan (the shrimp must be fried in a hot oil).

 - Fry the shrimp literally 30-60 seconds until they whiten and lightly brown (the shrimp should not let the juice and overcook, because then it will be difficult to chew).

 - Romano lettuce leaves (about 200 g) are thoroughly washed and manually torn in medium sized slices, placed in a deep container.

 - Add literally 1 - 2 tbsp to the salad. l previously prepared sauce and mix thoroughly, so that all leaves are covered with mayonnaise mixture.

 - Cherry tomatoes (5 - 6 pcs.) Wash and cut in half.

 - Boil quail eggs (5 pcs.), Peel and also cut in half.

 - On a dish for serving salad (you can immediately lay out the salad in portions for several dishes), spread the lettuce seasoned with the sauce.

 - Lightly sprinkle the shrimp with black pepper and spread it on top of the lettuce leaves.

 - Following the shrimp, we spread the quail eggs. Following the eggs are cherry tomatoes. Then sprinkle the salad with white bread croutons (you can either fry yourself or buy ready-made croutons).

 - Following the croutons, sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan cheese (enough for 1-2 tablespoons) and pour over the sauce a little more.
