 - bowls;
 - sieve;
 - fork;
 - food wrap;
 - a baking sheet;
 - parchment paper;
 - oven;
 - culinary brush;
 - knife.

Ingredients
- Flour - 4 stacks.
 - Milk - 1 stack.
 - Eggs - 2 pcs.
 - Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
 - Salt - 1 tsp. with a slide
 - Yeast - 10 g
 - Vegetable oil - 0.5 stack.
 - Butter - 3-4 tbsp. l
 - Hard cheese - 200 g
 - Sesame - for sprinkling

Step cooking
- In a glass (250 ml) of warm milk (38ºС) pour 2 tbsp. l sugar, mix.

 - We also add 10 g of yeast here and set aside so that the “cap” rises.

 - Sift 4 cups flour and add 1 tsp. salt with a slide, mix well.

 - Put one egg and one protein in a bowl, mix with a fork.

 - By this time, the yeast cap has already risen. Add the egg to the yeast, mix.

 - Pour 0.5 cups of vegetable oil here.

 - We make a hole in the flour and pour the liquid mixture into it. Stir first with a fork.

 - Then pour 3-4 tbsp. l melted butter. Knead the dough with your hands, first in a bowl, then, to make it more convenient - on the table. It will take about 7 minutes to knead the dough. The dough is soft and airy, completely non-sticky.

 - We form the dough in a ball, put in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave for proofing for half an hour.

 - We knead the risen dough, put it on the table, knead a little. Divide the dough into 20 equal portions (you can use the scales), form balls from them, put them on the table and cover with a film.

 - Dice 200 g of hard cheese into small cubes.

 - In each ball of dough we make a recess, put 2 pieces of cheese there, carefully pinch and roll up smooth balls.

 - We spread the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

 - We cover the baking sheet with a film and leave for 20 minutes for proofing.

 - We interrupt the remaining egg yolk with a fork and brush each bun with a brush.

 - Pour a little sesame on each bun.

 - We send the buns to the oven preheated to 200-220ºС for 15 minutes.

The buns are the softest, and the melted cheese gives them an unearthly taste.
