- Flour - 50 g
 - Egg - 4 pcs.
 - Cream - 80 g
 - Sugar - 100 g
 - Fruit puree - 200 g
 - Starch - 15 g
 - Milk - 100 ml

 - Curd - 150 g
 
Step cooking
- First you need to mix the dry ingredients. Sift flour and starch into a deep bowl.

 - We divide eggs into yolks and squirrels. It is important that the eggs are at room temperature.

 - Pour sugar over the yolks and beat until light and increase in volume.

 - Beat whites with sugar using a mixer. Beat the mass until soft peaks.

 - Add whipped whites to the whipped yolks and pour in the dry ingredients.

 - Gently mix with a spatula until smooth and pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.

 - Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

 - We take out the hot biscuit, turn it over and remove the parchment from it.

 - Immediately soak in mashed fruit. You can also use syrup or preserves.

 - For cream, wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve.

 - Add 80 g of cream to the curd and mix.

 - In two doses, we introduce milk at room temperature.

 - Beat with a mixer until the consistency of thick sour cream. The cream is ready, proceed to the formation of the roll.

 - Distribute a thick layer of cream on top of the fruit puree.

 - We turn the biscuit into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

 - After cooling, the roll can be served to the table. Enjoy your meal!
