- Bananas - 2 pcs.
 - Fresh milk - 240 ml
 - Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
 - Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
 - Wheat flour - 200 g
 - Dough baking powder - 1 tsp.
 - Butter - 2 tbsp. l
 - Salt - 1 pinch
 - Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
 
Step cooking
- Peel the bananas (2 pcs.), Break or chop into small pieces, transfer to a deep bowl and knead with a fork or in any convenient way, to the state of banana puree.

 - In a bowl with a banana, beat in chicken eggs (2 pcs.), Add sugar (1 tbsp. L.), Salt (1 pinch), milk (240 g) and beat thoroughly with a mixer.

 - Sift the wheat flour (200 g) through a sieve together with a teaspoon of baking powder, add to a bowl with egg and milk mixture and mix quickly.

 - Put butter (2 tbsp. L) in a small stewpan, melt over low heat (if the stewpan is with a thick bottom) or in a water bath. Add to dough and mix again quickly. The basis for the pancakes is ready!

 - Put the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil (1 tbsp.), Wait a little time for it to warm up, and use the spoon to put the dough out, forming round pancakes, only pancakes in size should be a little larger.

 - Fry American pancakes on both sides over low heat, about 1-1.5 minutes each.

 - Put ready-made pancakes in a convenient plate and you can start your morning meal.
