Step cooking
- Take 2 eggplants, wash and remove the stem. Cut the eggplant along the entire fruit with a thickness of about 3-4 mm.

- Sprinkle chopped eggplant ½ tsp. salt, mix and let stand for 2 hours. During this time, the eggplant will let the juice go and bitterness will go away.

- After 2 hours, rinse the aubergines from the salt and let the water drain.

- Add in the eggplant 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, mix.

- Preheat the pan, lay out the eggplant plates and fry on both sides until golden brown. So fry all the eggplant.

- Prepare the filling. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and pass it through a press. Grate 200 g of hard cheese on a fine grater.

- Combine grated cheese, minced garlic and 100 g mayonnaise.

- Mix well. The filling is ready.

- Take a plate of fried eggplant, put 1 tbsp on the edge. l fillings and roll in the form of a roll.

- So use all the eggplant and stuffing. Put eggplant on a plate and serve. Enjoy your meal.
